Description	Job description • Develop enabling technologies, applications, and systems integral to the future of client's business units • Background creating SOA services for large-scale deployments. Familiarity with the latest JEE/J2EE paradigms and other pertinent technical domain expertise is expected • Assist the team in implementing commercially-feasible end-to-end software services • Direct responsibility for detailed design and implementation is a must
Skills	•Qualifications • 5 to 10 years of experience designing and developing internet based software systems. • Expertise with Web services, SOA, including RESTful, JSON, Ajax, SOAP, WSDL principles • Creating, adapting, and interfacing large scale data models and data sets for Web services • Leveraging application servers such as Glassfish, JBoss, Tomcat or equivalent • Use of cloud computing services such as S3/EC2, Mosso, App Engine a plus • Building solutions using Hadoop/HBase, BigTable, S3, CloudFS or similar data service • Proficiency with JEE and experience with test frameworks such as JUnit • Knowledge of build and CI systems such as Maven & Hudson to manage large and complex code base • Familiarity with development efforts using SCRUM or similar Agile methodologies • Previous Web services implementation experience • Bachelors degree (Computer Science preferred) • Ideal candidate should have worked on an end-to-end solution and led the initial design, component realization, and integration of the system • Maintain and expand monitoring and trending systems. • Meticulous attention to detail with an appreciation for the relationship between system reliability and company success • A solid team player • B.S. Engineering, Computer Science or related technology preferred or equivalent experience
